A Brazilian beach, an incredible atmosphere, boys playing soccer, girls sunbathing and no one worrying about recharging their mobile… because Nivea Sun integrates its advertisement on printed paper with a solar panel! This scenario is the background to the genius behind the new communication campaign created by Giovanni+Draftfcb Brazil to advertise the Nivea product range. The ad, which appeared in the Brazilian magazine Veja Rio, uses solar energy thanks to a very thin solar panel fitted with a plug to recharge your mobile.
The innovative idea by the creatives lies in merging the new technologies with the traditional advert on printed paper.
The ad was created in eight months, six of which dedicated to technological development and two to the printing.
Ecology, energy savings and a good dose of creativity are the protagonists of the summer!
