This year, Cartasia, the biennale of contemporary paper art, celebrates its seventh anniversary.
The calendar is full of contemporary art shows curated by Jaqueline Varela in which the best international paper artists will display their works. This year’s theme is liquid identities, inspired by the theories of Zygmunt Bauman, the famous philosopher and sociologist.
The works, made with paper, cardboard and salvaged materials, will become an integral part of the city landscape.
